July 4, 1949 - April 6, 2018

Dear Friends,

Alice Mager, a beloved member of the Fellowship of Friends, completed her task on  Friday, April 6, 2018 at 1:55 pm, from heart failure.  Alice would have turned sixty-nine on July 4, 2018.

Alice joined the school on June 11, 1974 in Portland Oregon.  She then lived at Apollo before moving to, and supporting the Centers, Buffalo on the East Coast, and then Berkeley, San Francisco, and Palo Alto on the West Coast.  She and her husband, John, returned to Apollo in 1998,  where they have lived until the present .   Alice, despite health problems, consistently sought ways to quietly serve the school in whatever way she was asked.
