Blanca Rohr

February 17, 1955 - June 26, 2023

Dear Friends,

Blanca Rohr, a beloved member of the Atlanta Center of the Fellowship of Friends, completed her task peacefully at home, yesterday, June 26, 2023.

Blanca was born on February 17, 1955, and turned 68 on her last birthday. She joined the school on March 28, 1990, in Atlanta. She traveled to Apollo over the years and was currently serving as the center director in Atlanta.

 Her husband, Alan, noted that she valued Robert and the school and credited the school with raising her awareness; it had changed her life. She was a loving, kind person and wonderful wife.

On behalf of all who knew you, we thank thee.

Death is such a poignant moment for ascending souls;
as Shakespeare wrote, “Precious friends, hid in death’s dateless night.”

  1. Blanca hosted the first meeting that I attended with the East Coast. I remember both her and the state very well.

  2. Dear Blanca had many stories with us, here in the East. She led zoom meetings during the pandemic, supported (many years back) our regional meeting at Georgetown University facilities, set up by Kenneth H., and came with me to a jolly reception at the Galleria on a night when Robert invited a newly promoted general and six colonels to have their ‘special dinner’ in the hall of the Galleria when the “Wine-tasting” room became unavailable. God-speed sweet friend.
