Jose Luis Moreno
March 1, 1953 - July 19, 2020
Dear Friends,
Jose Luis Moreno, a beloved member of the Fellowship of Friends, completed his task after struggling with Parkinson’s disease for many years, on Sunday, July 19, 2020, at 7:27 pm. Jose Luis turned sixty-seven on his birthday March 1st.
Jose Luis joined the Fellowship of Friends on April 1, 1997 in the Tijuana Center. In addition to serving as center director for several years, he was active in supporting the teaching houses, as well as spending time living and working at Apollo. Jose Luis will be remembered for his understanding and love for the Work and generously sharing it with new students even while struggling with his illness
On behalf of all who knew you, we thank thee.
In loving presence,

Jose Luis was dependably a gentle loving man. You could count on that. My love to his divine essence. Richard
I had the opportunity to meet José Luis in 2001 as a new student, then he was the Director of the Tijuana Center, his work and energy was the third force to understand the work at school and move on, as students we started a good friendship and I will always be grateful for the work he did. I visited José Luis and Aurora a few times in my trips to the Tijuana Center, we also enjoyed the Presence in their visits to Apolo in Christmas celebrations. It was around 2015 that I had the last chance to greet him again. Thank you José Luis.
Sweet soul, rest in peace. Thank you for your willingness to put up with all your given struggles, even in humbling moments.
I will always remember the little video of you singing with your lovely wife Aurora.
